The engineers report will typically be a level "B" investigation
as described by the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and the
American Society of Civil Engineers – Texas Section. The
engineer will evaluate how the foundation is presently performing
and provide an opinion as to why foundation distress has occurred.
The objective of the
report is to determine if the foundation is performing its intended
and/or designed function and whether or not any remedial foundation
and/or concrete repairs are
necessary. Digital pictures are posted to our website to visually enhance the overall
process of the inspection and recommendations.
